Q Why is it cheaper to make an order on-line than it is to make a telephone order?
A
It's all to do with efficiency. When you place an order on our
website, you initiate an automatic sequence of events; you place the
order, you confirm payment through the HSBC payment gateway, your order
is then transferred to our warehouse processing system, which in turn
allocates picking lists and automatically produces the UPS
documentation required to dispatch your order. If you call us with an
order, we need to complete all these steps manually, hence the discount
for ordering on-line as we don't incur the extra costs. Of course we
are happy to take orders over the phone as not everybody has a computer
yet or if they have, likes using it to order goods on-line, so we will
always maintain this service regardless.
Q Why don't you open at weekends?
A
We do! Our website is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week unless
there are technical issues with our servers, which is very rare. We
offer our free telephone advice service Monday - Friday from 10.00am to
5.00pm as a complimentary service to our website.
Q I'm racing this coming weekend, can you bring tyres for me?
A
We have offered this service since we started trading back in early
2003. We don't go to every meeting, but if we are going and you have
asked us in time (minimum - the week before) we'll bring them for you
no problem.
Q How long have Triple A Racing been involved in Supermoto and in what capacity?
A All of our staff members have been involved heavily in Supermoto in some form or other since 2000. Amongst the positions we have occupied are: 2001, 2002 & 2003 European Supermoto Championship Press Officer, 2003 British Superprix Promoter, 2004 Winter Series Promoter, 2005 Super Seven Series Promoter, 2006 Motard Masters Promoter, 2006 Moto GB Series Promoter, 2006 NORA Sport Race Administration Staff, 2007 NORA Sport & British Supermoto Race Director & Administration Staff.
Plus in association with MW Racing, we have brought some very exciting European Stars over to race in the UK including; Petr Vorlicek, Marcel Van Drunen, Sylain Bidart & Mickael Zammit.
Throughout all of this time period, we have provided both race and customer support and consider ourselves well qualified to help with technical Supermoto related queries.
Q Why can't I back it in like Thierry Van Den Bosch?
A Sorry we sell tyres and accessories not talent!
