Q How are delivery charges calculated?
A Delivery charges are calculated by weight, volume and distance. In addition to these criteria, other factors are also included where appropriate e.g. ferry costs to islands etc. As a result, deliveries to the Mainland UK are the easily the cheapest, whilst deliveries to Northern Ireland, Ireland and other offshore locations e.g. Isle of Wight are more expensive. Once you have registered on the site, delivery charges are automatically calculated from the delivery address specified in your order.

Delivery charges are costed up to certain weight limit breakpoints, so you may find that the carriage is no more expensive for 4 tyres than it is for 1 tyre - very useful indeed if you and a friend can combine your orders and submit them as one single order - you'll each save money!
Supermoto tyres because of their size, are unfortunately subject to the 'Dimensional Weight' calculation when transported by couriers - if Supermoto's ran 8" diameter wheels, it would all be a lot cheaper!
Q I notice you use UPS or other similar big courier companies, can't you use a smaller one to make the delivery costs cheaper?
A Yes we could. However by using the bigger, more capable and reliable courier companies, we ensure a great level of customer service, which we think, is more important for our customers long term than saving the odd fiver. Have a look at our Testimonials page and we think you may find that most customers agree!
Q Can I track my order on-line once it's shipped out to me?
A In some cases yes, when we use UPS for deliveries, we will e-mail you with the UPS tracking number and a link where you can track the delivery progress on-line. Not all our couriers offer this service however, so this may not apply to every order that we dispatch.
Q I live in the Channel Islands, will you price my order without VAT as it doesn't apply here?
A Yes of course. Provided the delivery address is in the Channel Islands the VAT will be deducted from your order automatically. You will clearly see this before you need to submit any form of payment.
Q Can you deliver to a Freight Forwarder for onward shipment to the Channel Islands?
A Yes we can. In this case just the normal UK Mainland delivery charge would apply. Your Freight Forwarder will need to mail us confirmation of permanent export of the goods to satisfy HMRC and you will need to Contact Us in advance to arrange this as VAT will not apply to the goods but will apply to the delivery charge which is quite complicated to do on-line!
Q I live in a country which is not in the list countries on your registration form. How do I get a delivery cost?
A Simply Contact Us with your prospective order requirements and we'll be glad to provide a shipping cost to any worldwide location.
Q All this is great, but I live in Manchester, can I collect my order instead to save on carriage charges?
A Absolutely no problem at all. However please Contact Us to arrange this in advance so that we can make arrangements.
Q I have ordered race tyres, can I collect these at a race meeting to save on carriage charges?
A Again, no problem at all assuming we are going to that particular meeting. As above, please Contact Us to arrange this in advance.
